This personal data is provided to Mannes.lu by you

  • indirectly during the donnation process handled by the PayPal application

We may use the following third-party service providers named below to process and store your data:

  • PayPal is used to establish a list of donators on Mannes.lu. Read their privacy policy published on paypal.com

We will not share your personal information with any other third-party unless we have your permission or the law requires us to.

The services offered via mannes.lu include informing visitors about Max Mannes and his activities through website posting, emails, social networks and other electronic channels. In order to use certain services, it is necessary to share your data with mannes.lu.

Why is personal data needed?

Personal data like identification data and contact details (name, e-mail address, address, …) is needed for the following services:

  1. On the Sponsor page, company logos as well as identification data of sponsors are shown. These sponsors have provided explicit prior consent for publication.
  2. On the Sponsor page, identification data of donors are listed in the Fan Club section. This information is collected via the donation process handled by PayPal.
  3. General contacting purposes (e.g. sponsors)

Use of targeting techniques and cookies

The website mannes.lu is neither using targeting techniques nor cookies.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a suitable level of security to avoid destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure of your personal information, which is sent, saved or processed in any other manner, and to prevent unauthorised access to such data.

How long do we keep your personal information?

We do not keep your personal information for longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this policy.

With regard to personal information, which concerns you, you have the following rights:

    • completion of your personal information if it is incomplete, including by means of an additional declaration.

    When we usual personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This withdrawal does not pose a threat to the lawfulness of processing done based on consent given before the withdrawal.

    If you believe that your rights with regard to data protection have been violated, you have the right to:

    •  file a complaint with the competent regulatory authority, specifically in the member State where the violation is said to have occurred, where you reside habitually or where you work ; and/or
    • initiate action before the competent court.
